Welcome to the Champion Technique Swim Team! Our program is designed to foster a love for swimming and develop essential skills in a supportive environment. We believe that every swimmer, regardless of their skill level, deserves the opportunity to grow and thrive in the water. Our age groups are strictly determined by age to ensure that each swimmer is placed in a category that best suits their developmental stage. 

Every Champion Technique swimmer will learn the most efficient and powerful stroke technique skills. We encourage all of our athletes to compete in swimming competitions (1 per month on average).

Age Groups

We’re working toward a unified scheduling and payment system that supports all Champion Technique programs and recurring billing. Until then, we’ll clearly communicate payment instructions and any changes to our families via email and this hub. 


Monthly fess are due on the first of the month and are subject to a $50 late fee if not paid by the 20th of each month. You can find links to our Team Policy Pages after our Age Groups Section.


Do to our current swim pool setup, age group times vary throughout the week. Contact us to find out about practice times.

The perfect starting point for young swimmers. Dolphins focus on learning stroke mechanics, building water confidence, and developing coordination.

  • 1 x 30 minute practice/week

The difference between Dolphins 1 and Dolphins 2 is the number of practices per week/month. Dolphins 1 practices 1/week (4 x month) and Dolphins 2 practices 2/week (8xmonth).

Sharks focus on refining strokes, improving endurance, and learn the basics of interval training.

  • 2 x 45 minute practice/week

AG2 focuses on competitive techniques, endurance, and athletic development. 

  • 2 x 60 minute practice/week

  • $170/month

AG1 focuses on competitive techniques, endurance, and athletic development with mobiity.

  • 2 x 75 minute practice/week

Required Fees

  • $200/month

Optional Fees

Elite focuses on advanced stroke technique skills, competitive skills, enurance, and athletic development with greater mobility.

  • 3 x 90 minute practice/week

Required Fees

  • $220/month

  • $20-25 AAU Athlete Registration (Insurance for practices and swim events Champion Technique Hosts)

Optional Fees
