At Champion Technique, our swim team is more than just competition - it's a family. We nurture every swimmer's growth, from first time racers to seasoned athletes, with world - class coaching, supportive teammates, and a positive CHAMP - itude. We are proud to be the only year-round competitive swim team in Parker County - Aledo, Weatherford, Brock.

Meets are where athletes put their training into action. This section highlights upcoming swim meets, key details, and any important notes families need to know. 

Swimmers must register with USA Swimming before they are allowed to compete in a swimming competition. Register for USA Swimming at:

Saturday Swim Practice Calendar & Information

Saturday practices are optional practices in a 25 yard pool. They are our opportunity to practice swimming in a 25 yard pool as well as practice starts, turns, and races.

Saturday practices cost $5 per swimmer to participate in. You can Venmo $5 to @Jason-Adams-16 (last 4 digits of phone: 8484). Please add your swimmer's name in the notes.

Age Groups

We’re working toward a unified scheduling and payment system that supports all Champion Technique programs and recurring billing. Until then, we’ll clearly communicate payment instructions and any changes to our families via email and this hub. 


Monthly fess are due on the first of the month and are subject to a $5 late fee if not paid by the 20th of each month.

The perfect starting point for young swimmers. Dolphins focus on learning stroke mechanics, building water confidence, and developing coordination.

  • 1 x 30 minute practice/week

The difference between Dolphins 1 and Dolphins 2 is the number of practices per week/month. Dolphins 1 practices 1/week (4 x month) and Dolphins 2 practices 2/week (8xmonth).

  • $45 Annual Family Admin Fee ($45 for first swimmer and $25 for each swimmer after)

Sharks focus on refining strokes, improving endurance, and learn the basics of interval training.

Properly fitting goggles, practice suits, and training tools help swimmers focus on technique instead of equipment issues. Please review the gear list for your athlete’s group and use our SwimOutlet store to purchase recommended items.

Swimmers need to wear a CT swim cap at swimming competitions.

Optional Saturday Practices Fee

Optional practices are offered Saturdays we do not have a swimming competition. Practices are held at the Ryan Family YMCA from 1-2:30. This is our opportunity to practice starts, turns, and racing in a 25 yard pool. The fee to participate in these lessons is $5/swimmer. Please send a $5 Venmo to the QR Code below:

Schedule A Swim Assessment

Assessments help us place athletes in the right group for their age, skill level, and goals. This ensures safe training, appropriate challenge, and a positive experience from the very first practice. 


During a swim assessment, a coach will:


  • Review basic skills and comfort in the water
  • Evaluate stroke technique and endurance (for more advanced swimmers)
  • Recommend the best program or training group for your athlete


Whether your swimmer is brand new to the sport or transferring from another team, an assessment is the best way to start them on the right path. We’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions you have.

Assessments are currently scheduled through our swim lessons portal. We’re building an upgraded system that will support all Champion Technique programs in the future.
